Returns

  • Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

    Once an order is placed on our website, it is unlikely we are able to cancel or make changes as they are processed rather quickly. Once processed, the order will be treated as a return.

  • Refunds

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

  • Exchanges

    We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You are able to place a new order at any time.
